well, technically the picture is L but I've edited it into Beyond Birthday since there is no picture of BB. Beyond Birthday, or B, was L's second in line successor turned phsycopathic murderer, the Los Angeles BB murder cases, L briefly mentions it in the manga, it was the case that Naomi Misora worked on with him, i cant remember if he did in the anime or not.
B looks identical to L and their about the same age, and i believe no one knows what he looks like otherewise, but he dresses and impersonates L in Death Note- Another Note. He's insane, but oh so awesome! I believe slightly cannibalistic with his victims, thats not confirmed lol
Kira kills him though because he's a criminal in prison XD i hate Light lol
